AUSTRALIA Documentation Requirements (subject to Green ID verification)

  • Passport

  • Medicare Card

For amounts A$4,000 and above, the sender should provide the following:

  • The purpose of the fund transfer
  • The source of the fund ( Savings, Loan Proceeds, Asset Sale, etc. )
  • The sender’s occupation

AUSTRALIA Turnaround Time

Jalandoni and Company understands how important it is to get your money across as quickly as possible to your family in the Philippines or in Australia. That’s why with each money transfer service, we always try to make a difference.

Australia to the Philippines
In our main office in Sydney, Australia the cut-off time is 10 AM. *Making your deposit and money transfer transaction on or before the cut-off time guarantees that your beneficiary in Metro Manila, Philippines receives it on the same day.
On the other hand, if the money order is received and paid after the cut-off time; allow at least 24 hours for the money to be transferred.

For BDO(Pick up/Cebuana/Palawan/RD and Villarica Pawnshop), PNB, BPI, M. Lhuiller, Land Bank and GCash, cut-off time is 5pm (Sydney Time), and the money will be available 2-3hours after the Australian order is received and paid.
